At Heartland Haven Farm, every order is prepared with care. Because our products are handmade in small batches, please allow a little extra time for us to get everything just right.

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During busy seasons or special releases, processing may take a bit longer, we appreciate your patience while we craft your items.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will always be clearly noted.

Delivery Time
Once your order ships, delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination. While we do our best to ship promptly, Heartland Haven Farm is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
